From January 25 to April 6, Istanbul will host the First open literary competition dedicated to the Year of the Cultural Heritage of the peoples of Russia. The event will be held with the support of the Russian house in Ankara and the Russian Society for Education, Cultural and Business Cooperation.

The Russian house in Paris has prepared a special book exhibition «Peter the Great». The books presented at the exhibition reflect the diversity of the activities of the central figure of Russian history — Peter I.

On February 4 and 5, the School of real journalism «Heroes over borders» will be held at the Russian house in Chisinau. The international project «Russian Reporters» was created for young journalists, bloggers, students of journalism faculties of the post-Soviet countries.

Free photography lessons for the youngest will be held at the Russian house in Gyumri. Photographer Karen Mkrtchyan will tell children about the basics of composition, working with light, foreshortening, and exposure. Classes will be held in Armenian twice a week.
