On June 19, a Festival of Russian culture was held in the southern part of Lebanon. It was visited by more than 300 people from all over the country.

At the entrance to the Cultural center named after Bassel Assad in Tyre, the guests were greeted with bread and salt according to the Russian tradition. As part of the Festival, guests were able to take part in a chess tournament, quests, master classes and in the preparation of pancakes. The holiday was accompanied by Russian patriotic songs, and those wishing to take a photo for memory were offered to take part in a photo shoot "I love you, Russia!".

The concert featured performances by the "Lyubava" song theater and the "Katyusha" folk dance studio of the Russian house in Beirut, singer Jacques Neami and children from the "Fairy club" center in Tyre. Representatives of the Lebanese state and society, as well as compatriots and friends of Russia were in the hall.

The event was organized with the participation of the Russian-Lebanese cultural and educational center "Fairy club" and the Russian house in Beirut.
