Rossotrudnichestvo and the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) presented a joint project at the press center of International News Agency «Russia Today». Master classes and trainings on the basics of the Stanislavsky system will be conducted by the best teachers of GITIS in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as in Greece and South Ossetia. Classes will be held at the sites of the Russian Houses, in local theaters and educational institutions.

«Thanks to the help of Rossotrudnichestvo, we were able to conduct these courses not only for Russian, but also for foreign theaters. For many of them, meeting with a real Russian school is happiness. I hope that these classes will be able to significantly improve the skills of young artists», said at a press conference Grigory Zaslavsky, Rector of GITIS.

On September 21, the courses began in Baku and Bishkek.

«We hope that these few days of classes will lead to joint projects in the future, and next year we will be able to cover more countries», said Narmin Shiralieva, Adviser to the Head of Rossotrudnichestvo.
